Third grade is a fairly new experience for me. However, just like previous grades I have taught which include fifth, sixth
and seventh grades, I am thoroughly loving it. Each grade level brings its own challenges and rewards. I guess that's why
we receive an elementary degree because teachers should be able to adapt to any grade level.
I am a graduate of St. George High School in Lansing, Iowa.
I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse on a Friday the thirteenth so I have always thought of that day
as rather lucky.
My husband Bob and I have three children. Nick and Luke are both graduates of BGM. Nick graduated in May from the University
of Iowa and is currently applying to law schools for next fall. Luke is a sophomore at UNI.
Our daughter Brennan is a freshman at BGM. In my free time I enjoy attending her school activities.
The Iowa Hawkeyes, Green Bay Packers, and Chicago Cubs are teams I cheer for and enjoy watching.
When I do have free time at home I relax by reading the newspaper and watching television.
